1920'S PATENTED ART DECO SELLERS HOOSIER CLEAR ADVERTISING 1-CUP MEASURING CUP!

Offered here is an antique, clear pressed glass Sellers embossed 1-cup dry measuring cup likely crafted for use with Hoosier cabinets during the 1920's to the 1930's when most households across America produced all of the baked goods the family consumed within the home. Patented December 8th, 1925, this great Art Deco style measurement markings are for 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, & one cup on one side and 1/3, 2/3, & one cup on the opposite side. Measures 3-1/4" in diameter & 2-7/8" tall. Condition is great for an item nearly one hundred-years-old! There are a few small nicks or fingernail catchers inside the inner rim of the cup and the seam around the base ring. No large chips/cracks or repairs. Nothing to inhibit the use or display of this iconic piece. Fantastic item to add to any collection or table setting!
