Beautiful vintage blue and white platter
from the 19th century. I
n excellent condition; no chips, cracks, crazing, or discoloration. This was inherited from my Grandmother and has been in our family for generations- transported to the West across the Oregon Trail!

This is an antique late 19th century flow blue transferware platter depicting cows in a stream with
cow scenes around the rim.
It has deep, vivid color and the scenes are very finely detailed. The platter dates to around 1891. It is marked on the back. A wonderful display piece.
The platter is large at 17" by 13 1/2"
