    Soft sheer, silky nylon tricot fabric makes these flared pettipants a dream to wear.  The are 19" from the waist to the lacy bottom.  There are 3-rows of lace that allows you to snip and fit these to any length you desire.  Each leg measures about 19" lying flat.  These are white.  They are, of course, brand new.
    The fabric is USA made; constructed in Mexico.  There is Velrose quality in every bit of these pants.
