This amp is offically used since we are not a kager dealer, but it was truly in unused condition when we got it. It still has the hang tags and the cover and the reason we knew it was unused is that there was still a plastic sleeve covering the prongs on the plug that you plug it in with. We of course tried it before we bought it and it is an AMAZING amplifier.

This baby is the brainchild of the renowned tube amplifier engineer/designer Dennis Kager. This amplifier was designed to arm the player with the necessary ingredients to achieve their dream sound. Besides being hand wired, this amp has to live up to the highest of Dennis' quality control standards. This product sees many eyes before it is ready to ship.
The Kager 50-15 is so very stable and can adapt (without losing tonal qualities), from 50 to 15 watts at the "flick" of a switch.

[ Note: Dennis Kager worked for Ampeg in the 70s, he consulted on amps and projects for Mesa Boogie, Fender, Yamaha, Soldano and Tone King. He created Sundown amps. He also created the Pignose tube amps in the 1980s. He ran Central New Jersey Repair Company and he personally fixed and hot-rodded amps for many touring guitarists. He truly is the unsung hero of American tube amps. ]
